Who we are

Natalie Selina ("we", "us") runs Pilates, yoga and wellbeing services in Richmond and Twickenham, London. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use this website and book with us. Contact us any time at hello@natalieselina.com.

What we collect, and why

We deliberately keep this minimal:

• Name, e-mail and phone number, to manage your account, confirm bookings, and send booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders, cancellations).
• Booking and payment history, to run the classes you book and meet our accounting obligations. Amounts and references only: we never see or store your card details; card payments are handled entirely by Stripe's secure checkout.
• WhatsApp number, only if you choose to message our WhatsApp assistant, so we can reply and send booking updates there.
• Anything you tell us at checkout, such as injuries or dietary needs for a workshop, used only to run that event safely.

The legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the studio, and legal obligations (accounting records).

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to operate: our payment provider (Stripe) for payments and refunds, our e-mail delivery provider for transactional e-mail, MailerLite for the newsletter (only if you subscribe), and Meta's WhatsApp Business platform if you message us there. We never sell your data, and we send no marketing without your separate, recorded opt-in.

How long we keep it

Your account exists until you ask us to remove it. Financial records (bookings and payments) are kept as required for accounting. If you ask to be erased, we anonymise your personal details while keeping only the financial records the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, ask us to erase it, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). E-mail hello@natalieselina.com and we'll respond within one month.

Cookies

We use only the strictly necessary cookies that keep you logged in and the site secure. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
