Booking & payment

A place is confirmed once payment completes instantly through our secure card checkout (your seat is held for 30 minutes while you pay). Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include everything needed for the class.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session starts, card payments are refunded in full and class-pass credits restored automatically. Inside that window, please contact us and we'll do our best. If we cancel a session, you're always refunded or re-credited in full.

Events and workshops are non-refundable, as places are limited and prepared for in advance. They are, however, fully transferable: you can pass your place to someone else at any time before the event from My bookings, and we'll e-mail them the details. If we cancel an event, you're refunded in full.

Class passes

Passes activate when payment is confirmed and are valid for the period shown at purchase (typically 90 days). Credits cover group classes only, one credit per place, and aren't transferable to other people, workshops or private sessions.

A completely unused pass bought by card can be refunded from your account within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to book a class, the pass is no longer refundable. Passes redeemed from a gift voucher, or paid by bank transfer, aren't refunded automatically, so please write to us and we'll sort it out.

Your health

Please tell us about injuries or conditions before class, and check with a medical professional if you're unsure exercise is right for you. You take part at your own risk; instructions can always be adapted, just ask.
